Ieri pomeriggio gli agenti del commissariato di Portici-Ercolano, durante un posto di controllo in corso Garibaldi a Portici, finalizzato anche a garantire il rispetto delle misure urgenti per la gestione dell’emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19, hanno intimato l’alt a due persone a bordo di uno scooter.

Il conducente, alla vista della pattuglia, ha accelerato la marcia travolgendo un agente e dandosi  alla fuga a bordo del ciclomotore ma, dopo un inseguimento, è stato fermato in corso San Giovanni a Teduccio così come il passeggero che aveva invece tentato di dileguarsi a piedi.

Alberto Imperato, 23enne con precedenti di polizia,  e C.M., 21enne, entrambi napoletani, sono stati arrestati per lesioni personali, resistenza a Pubblico Ufficiale e sanzionati per inottemperanza alle prescrizioni del D.P.C.M. del 25 marzo 2020.
